Job summary

Nike Stores Allocation team is hiring in Hilversum for an Allocator in the EMEA stores. You will own allocation/replenishment decisions translating sales, inventory and store performance data into concrete actions to optimize product availability and consumer experience.

The role requires strong analytical skills, retail know-how, and collaboration with Merchandising and Assortment Planning. Expect a dynamic, hybrid work setup and opportunities to influence in-season outcomes across Europe.

Qualifications

• Allocation/Planning/Merchandising or related retail role with ability to lead trade independently.
• Strong retail mindset; fashion/sports retail experience preferred.
• Solid analytical skills with Excel; Tableau/Power BI/SQL a plus.

Join the team at Nike as an Allocator for the EMEA stores. As part of the Nike Direct Marketplace Unit, you will be responsible for making allocation and replenishment decisions that guarantee the right merchandise assortment is available at the right time, in the right stores, and in the right quantities. What are you going to do?

• You will own allocation and replenishment decisions that ensure the right Nike product is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity. Working cross-functionally, you will translate data and seasonal strategy into clear actions that drive performance and elevate the consumer experience in store.
• Own allocation and replenishment decisions using sales, inventory, and store performance data.
• Drive assortment and allocation decisions in close partnership with Merchandising and Assortment Planning.
• Manage allocation in-season by identifying risks and opportunities and deciding on the right course of action.
• Approach seasonal strategies with curiosity, working with partners to create a shared vision for how product comes to life in store.
• Act as a key functional partner for Seasonal Kick-Offs, preparing and presenting allocation strategy in larger cross-functional forums.
• Communicate decisions clearly through analysis, reporting, and in-season trade discussions.
• Continuously look for ways to improve ways of working, tools, and decision quality.

• Experience in Allocation, Planning, Merchandising, Buying, or a related retail role with ability to lead trade independently.
• Strong retail mindset; corporate experience in fashion or sports retail is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills with confidence in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
• Comfort making decisions within ambiguity and taking ownership for outcomes.
• Open to working in Hilversum, Netherlands.
