Job summary

You will perform batch changes, assist with changeovers, and support continuous improvement while adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines. A high school diploma and team-oriented communication are required.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred; LEAN tools experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols; maintain clean work area to prevent contamination.
• Prepare and verify batch components; perform format changeovers for production runs.
• Manufacture products per procedures, GMP, and QA standards.
• Conduct product inspections and in-process checks for specs compliance.
• Prepare, document, and complete production records, including batch reconciliation.
• Adhere to PPE and safety guidelines; report risks and ensure Health, Safety, Environment compliance.
• Support teammates in manufacturing processes and finished goods projects.
