Job summary

Swissport International AG seeks dedicated individuals to join our Passenger Services team across global locations, including the Netherlands. You will handle day-to-day customer service in a highly regulated airport environment, supporting passengers from check-in to boarding and baggage processing with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Your role includes assisting passengers with special needs, managing documentation, and coordinating with customs and immigration while adhering to Swissport

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and travelling passengers.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages are required.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation and check in of passenger.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.
• Manage passenger baggage processing and fee calculation.
• Boarding of checked-in passengers at gate.
• Assist passengers including those needing wheelchair assistance.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Operate jet way and ticketing software where applicable.
• Complete required immigration and customs documentation.
