Job summary

GCG Group seeks a Catering Manager to enhance Sky Dining and Culinary Solutions operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant activities while coordinating with corporate teams.

The role drives growth, operational excellence, budgeting and reporting, and leads a diverse team to meet service standards and profitability targets. Fluency in English is required; Spanish and Papiamento are a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• Certifications in Food Safety or HACCP are desirable.
• 8+ years in operations management, preferably in airline catering.
• Knowledge of international business operations and labor law preferred.
• Strong budgeting and P&L management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sky Dining and Culinary Solutions operations for efficiency.
• Develop short- and long-term goals with the Cluster GM and implement them.
• Establish safety and quality assurance protocols across operations.
• Improve processes and reporting for better information flow.
• Manage monthly airline and catering P&L and profitability targets.
• Lead a cross-functional team and mentor direct reports.
