Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks an Application Sales Engineer in Breda, The Netherlands, to identify and convert engineered project opportunities across the EMEIA region. You will serve as the technical-commercial interface between customers and our teams, delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering and Operations to develop proposals, present products, and negotiate contracts, while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Engineering with commercial experience.
• Experience in engineered project sales and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new engineered project opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers, EPC/contractors, consultants, engineering companies, and end users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client specifications and requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, and participate in technical reviews and negotiations.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and meet sales targets.
