Job summary

B Lab is seeking an AI Workflow Lead to design and scale AI-powered workflows, collaborating with product and data teams. You will oversee discovery, design, implementation, and governance to ensure responsible use of AI across the organisation.

The role emphasizes measurement, storytelling with dashboards, and building champion networks across regions. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience leading or contributing to projects that change how a team works.
• Experience with generative AI tools in real workflows, including prompt design.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI workflows from idea to scaled solution.
• Coordinate with Data & AI team, Data engineering and product teams.
• Monitor AI usage across the organisation and feed insights into training programs.
• Develop AI champion networks and support governance, policy, and risk considerations.
• Run a structured use-case pipeline from intake to scale.
