Job summary

GTE in the Netherlands is hiring an AI Video Editor to help build a new e-commerce venture. Every video will be AI-generated, and you’ll own the process from generation to finished ads that perform.

You’ll have real creative freedom, work with a strategist, test ideas, and help shape the creative workflow as the venture grows. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating finished video ads with AI-generated footage.
• Can take an idea from a prompt through generation, iteration, editing, and delivery.
• Experience with direct response ecommerce campaigns, ideally beauty, supplements, or similar consumer categories.
• Understands what makes an ad convert: hooks, messaging, pacing.
• Feels comfortable sharing creative opinions and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Create video ads entirely with AI-generated clips from generation to final edit.
• Turn rough concepts into finished ads, owning generation, clip selection, pacing, sound, captions, storytelling.
• Develop hooks, angles, concepts, and variations with the strategist.
• Generate and refine AI visuals to meet quality and consistency for advertising.
• Produce ads for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok with platform adaptations.
• Give honest input, challenge ideas, and suggest stronger execution.
• Track ad performance and use results to improve concepts.
• Help build an efficient AI production workflow as the venture grows.
