Job summary

Workwize is hiring an AI Product Manager to drive intelligent automation for a global IT equipment platform. You will own the product vision for AI agents and automation, working hands-on with LangSmith and LangChain to design, build, and improve AI-driven workflows that handle complex operational tasks for distributed teams across 100+ countries.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure reliable, scalable AI features and measurable impact, including time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with hands-on AI/ML-powered product work.
• Experience with AI/LLM tooling such as LangSmith, LangChain, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work at a product level.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features to production and iterating on them.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own AI roadmap and translate it into actionable product bets across the Workwize platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ship AI-powered features into production.
• Define agent behavior and manage real-world edge cases across regions.
• Monitor production quality, investigate failures, and improve reliability.
• Set up evaluation loops and track KPIs like time saved and customer satisfaction.
