Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Deployed Architect to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers. You will work across Kubernetes, IaC, and multi-agent architectures to deliver scalable solutions that meet real business needs.

You will collaborate with a global professional services team, shaping best practices, and influencing deployment strategies while advancing cutting-edge AI technologies in a collaborative engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Strong Kubernetes experience and cluster design.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments, IaC (Terraform, Helm), multi-region HA/DR, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design multi-agent systems with LangChain/LangGraph, develop evaluation frameworks, and optimize prompts with A/B testing.
• Lead technical maturity assessments with enterprise customers, understand requirements, present recommendations, and partner with teams.
