Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI-powered accounting and tax products in Utrecht, Netherlands. This role sits in a fast-growing European professional services group delivering AI-enabled solutions used by thousands across Europe.

You will own product strategy and delivery in partnership with the Head of Product & AI. Reporting to the Head of Product & AI, you’ll lead discovery, governance, and go-to-market decisions, collaborating with engineers, AI specialists, and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or a similar field.
• Experience building AI-enabled products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of practical AI applications in business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Make key decisions on product direction, investment, and delivery.

A fast-growing European professional services group is building AI-powered products that transform how accounting and tax professionals work. We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of AI solutions used by thousands of professionals across Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Product & AI, you'll drive product strategy, delivery, adoption, and long-term success for AI products that support accounting and tax workflows.

What You'll Do

Product Ownership & Strategy

• Define and own the product roadmap.
• Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and feasibility.

What We're Looking For

Most importantly: You've owned a product used by real customers and remained accountable for its success after launch.

You’ll also bring:
