Job summary

TomTom International BV in Amsterdam is seeking a Software Engineer to build a production-ready AI product. The role covers full-stack work from feature development to infrastructure and client-side integration.

You will design and implement Python features, contribute to CI/CD and MLOps, develop evaluation systems, and ensure production readiness with robust monitoring and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Python development for AI features and core functionalities.
• CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure experience.
• Develop in-house evaluation systems to monitor model performance.
• Client environment integration and deployment responsibilities.
• Experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering for AI models.
• Producing reliable, scalable, production-ready software.

Responsibilities

• New Feature Development: Design, implement, and deploy new features using Python to enhance our core AI functionalities.
• DevOps/MLOps: Maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure for automated training, deployment, and monitoring.
• In-house Evaluation System: Build and improve systems to measure model performance and data integrity.
• Integration and Deployment: Manage integration of AI solution into client environments.
• AI Model Improvement: Fine-tune models and apply prompt engineering techniques.
• R&D contributions: Explore new tech to give products competitive edge.
