Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Business Analyst to join a growing product team focused on AI-powered solutions in the Netherlands. You will work with users, product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

You will help define requirements, validate outcomes, and ensure products deliver measurable value to customers, with a strong emphasis on AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience analysing business processes and translating requirements into digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience defining success criteria and validating solutions against business objectives.
• Exposure to AI, automation, machine learning, data-driven products, or GenAI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve processes and user experiences.
• Define success metrics, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.
