Job summary

Optiply is recruiting a Supply Chain Engineer to translate complex purchasing rules into automated workflows using SQL, Python, and Retool. You will analyze cash flow, OTIF, and container planning while ensuring data harmony across ERP/WMS/webshops.

The role includes on-site visits in the Netherlands and Belgium, collaboration with customers and the integration team. You will work with customers to design scalable solutions, build AI-driven automations, and monitor account health KPIs.

Qualifications

3+ years in supply chain, purchasing, inventory or technical consulting.
Strong SQL and data analysis abilities.
Experience with automation or low-code tools (Retool, Zapier or n8n).
Excellent Dutch and English communication.
Ability to translate customer needs into automated workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and build automated workflows translating purchasing rules.
Perform complex analyses: cash flow, OTIF, container planning, service levels, deadstock.
Identify data mismatches with ERP/WMS/webshop and coordinate fixes with the integration team.
Track customer health KPIs per account and support CS processes.
Improve AI agents and automations behind our CS processes.
On-site visits with customers across the Netherlands and Belgium to kick off complex setups.
Collaborate with sales and onboarding to tailor solutions for customers.
