Job summary

Bynder is hiring an onboarding lead to streamline the mid-market onboarding journey across EMEA. You will coordinate project management, taxonomy strategy, and AI-enhanced workflows to ensure quick value delivery from Day 1.

You will manage 10–15 projects, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and travel as needed, including a Amsterdam presence at least twice weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management for SaaS implementations.
• Ability to lead onboarding projects across multiple accounts.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Fully lead onboarding project lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Advise on taxonomy, metadata governance, and custom workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate daily workflows and reporting.
• Drive time-to-value and identify expansion opportunities during onboarding.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Maintain portfolio tracking across systems (Kantata, Jira, Salesforce).
