Job summary

Capgemini Invent’s frog internship in Utrecht offers a hands-on role developing AI capabilities across retail, finance, and public sector, with onsite and remote flexibility for 5–6 months starting September 2026.

You'll collaborate with consultants, mentors, and multidisciplinary teams to turn ideas into scalable AI assets, gain practical consultancy skills, and access Capgemini Academy resources, with a monthly stipend and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master student in AI, Data, Innovation, Marketing, or Design.
• Familiarity with AI models, design thinking, customer research, marketing activation, project management, and marketing technologies such as Adobe and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex information into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; professional attitude toward clients.
• Fluent business English, both spoken and written.
• Availability September 2026 for 5-6 months, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, experts, and leadership to identify, design, and build AI-powered applications—Claude-based skills, plugins, MCPs, workflows, prompts, and templates.
• Research internal use cases, translate them into reusable solutions, and help create a central AI workspace for frog.
• Contribute to client-facing projects where AI drives customer experience, service design, marketing automation, CRM, digital transformation, and operating model design.
• Help transform experimental ideas into scalable, practical assets for consultants and clients.
• Work closely with a dedicated mentor to plan professional growth, improve consultancy skills, and gain hands-on experience.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions within frog’s multidisciplinary teams.
