Job summary

PA Consulting in the Netherlands offers a full-time immersive internship in Utrecht. You will join our consumer and manufacturing teams to explore how AI accelerates digital transformation for global clients.

The 4–6 month program starts around October 1st or November 1st, 2026. You will work under supervision from industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree with excellent grades and relevant extracurricular activities.
• Proficient in English and Dutch.
• Right to live and work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support projects on AI-driven digital transformation for clients.
• Collaborate with the Early Careers team and a dedicated supervisor.
• Work full-time for 4–6 months with supervision from industry experts.
