Job summary

Yellowgrape, an AI-driven e-commerce agency, seeks a Customer Journey Consultant in Amsterdam (34-40 hours) to design and optimize customer journeys using AI for real-time personalization. You’ll bridge our Automation & Customer 360 team with clients, advise on analyses, and lead end-to-end flow implementation, sometimes coordinating with developers and data specialists.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English, verbal and written.
• Able to read and adjust basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
• Proactive with a talent for convincing others of plans.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary client teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and build innovative use cases for e-commerce clients across the customer lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide analyses to optimize or develop new communications.
• Coordinate with developers and data specialists for complex integrations when needed.
