Qualifications
- Master's in CS/OR/Applied Mathematics/Physics or equivalent experience.
- Experience working agentically with AI and building production-grade intelligence layers.
- Semantic modelling and knowledge graphs with strong data-domain grounding.
- Optimization/constraint-based decision logic, with clear vetoes and hard constraints.
- Strong software architecture capability and explainability for production systems.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites; Randstad residence and English as working language.
Responsibilities
- Own the intelligence layer of platforms that recommend actions in live operations.
- Develop and defend models, ontologies, and relationships to enable fast, reliable reasoning.
- Design and maintain the decision logic and optimisation under real constraints.
- Incorporate forecasting and pattern detection with rule-based components where appropriate.
- Ensure the knowledge graph and domain model remain accurate as operations move in real-time.
