Job summary

TOPdesk seeks an Engineering Manager to lead one or two teams focused on front‑end, middleware, back‑end, data, or platform. You will set team technical direction, own delivery, and champion AI‑native SDLC practices while coaching engineers and ensuring quality and stability.

You report to the domain's senior engineering leader and work in a hybrid, cross‑border environment. You will stay technically engaged through design reviews, incident response, and architecture decisions, while guiding

Qualifications

• Engineering manager with a track record of growing engineers into senior and staff roles and owning delivery.
• Strong technical foundation in a relevant domain (front‑end, middleware, back‑end, data, or platform) and setting team direction.
• Current practice of AI‑native software delivery (Claude Code or equivalent) with visible examples.
• Strong talent development abilities; comfortable making tough calls.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and a strong communicator.
