NN is seeking an AI Business Translator to bridge mortgage operations and AI capabilities. You will identify AI opportunities, shape use cases, and drive adoption across processes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business impact in a hybrid Rotterdam environment.

You will translate business needs into concrete AI requirements, coordinate with data scientists and engineers, and maintain compliance, risk controls, and value realization throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product management, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Experience at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating across domains.
• Ability to lead shaping of complex use cases from problem definition to adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape AI opportunities with product owners and process experts.
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases and criteria.
• Define data requirements and AI agent orchestration needs for solution design.
• Drive adoption, testing, and end-user involvement of AI-enabled workflows.
• Ensure compliance, risk, and business value tracking across implementations.
