Landal is seeking an AI & ML Lead to drive company-wide AI adoption and delivery. The role bridges business strategy, data capabilities, and technology to make AI a core enabler across departments, reporting into Amsterdam HQ.

We expect 5–8 years in product management or program delivery with a focus on AI, data, or digital transformation. You’ll work with data science, engineering, and product teams, lead change management, and ensure governance across initiatives.

About the role

What will you do

• Translate business challenges into AI use cases with clear success metrics and ROI expectations.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-based solutions from ideation to production.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and change management for AI tools across business units.
• Manage prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Define ethical and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage across the organization.

This is you

5–8 years of experience in product management or program delivery, ideally focused on AI, data, or digital transformation. Demonstrated experience managing AI or ML-driven initiatives from conception to implementation. Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics, and cloud AI platforms (Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels. Strategic thinker with ability to balance innovation with operational feasibility.

• Full-time annual contract (38-hour week) with the potential for permanent employment.
• Competitive salary between €4,808 – €6,869 gross per month (based on experience).
