Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience delivering ML and AI models into production environments.
• Background in recommendation systems, search, fraud or similar marketplace style problems.
• Ability to set technical direction and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI and ML strategy with responsibility for technical direction and people leadership.
• Modernise legacy machine learning systems.
• Work closely with Product to shape the roadmap and prioritise work.
