Roompot Vakanties zoekt een AI & ML Lead die AI-gedreven oplossingen breed binnen de organisatie laat adopteren en leveren, koppelt strategie aan data en uitvoering. Je vervult een brugfunctie tussen bedrijfsstrategie, dataplatformen en technologische realisatie.

Qualifications

• 5–8 jaar ervaring in productmanagement of programma levering, bij voorkeur AI, data of digitale transformatie.
• Ervaring met AI- of ML-gestuurde initiatieven van concept tot implementatie.
• Sterke begrip van datacontrole, analytics en cloud AI-platformen (Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, enz.).
• Bekendheid met agile methodieken, backlog management en cross-functioneel leiden van teams.
• Uitstekende communicatie en stakeholder management op alle niveaus.

Responsibilities

• Definieer en beheer de AI product roadmap afgestemd op bedrijfsstrategie en data platform evolutie.
• Vertaal bedrijfsuitdagingen naar AI-use cases met duidelijke succesmaten en ROI.
• Werk samen met data science, engineering en productteams om AI-gebaseerde oplossingen van idee tot productie te brengen.
• Bevorder bewustwording, adoptie en verandermanagement voor AI-tools in alle business units.
• Beheer prioritering en sequentiering van AI-initiatieven zodat afstemming met stakeholders behouden blijft.
• Definieer ethische en governance kaders voor verantwoord gebruik van AI.
• Evalueer AI-leveranciers, platforms en kaders om levering te versnellen en op te schalen.
• Communiceer complexe AI-concepten duidelijk aan senior leadership.

De AI & ML Lead heeft als doel om de bedrijfsbrede adoptie en levering van AI-gedreven oplossingen te stimuleren, zodat alle AI-initiatieven strategisch zijn afgestemd, ethisch worden beheerd en meetbare bedrijfswaarde opleveren. Deze rol vormt de brug tussen bedrijfsstrategie, datacapaciteiten en technologische uitvoering om AI tot een kernmotor binnen alle afdelingen te maken.

Wat je gaat doen

• Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy and data platform evolution.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases with clear success metrics and ROI expectations.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-based solutions from ideation to production.
• Drive awareness, adoption, and change management for AI tools across business units.
• Manage prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Define ethical and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage across the organization.
• Evaluate AI vendor solutions, platforms, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and scale.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to senior leadership.

Wie je bent

• 5–8 years of experience in product management or program delivery, ideally focused on AI, data, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience managing AI or ML-driven initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics, and cloud AI platforms (Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance innovation with operational feasibility.
