Job summary

Capgemini Netherlands is seeking an AI-native Builder / AI for Us Lead to accelerate adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the Intelligent Industry agenda. You will prototype and deploy agentified processes, coordinate cross-country squads, and partner with business owners, IT and data teams to scale practical AI solutions.

The role focuses on reducing manual coordination, improving decision support, and creating reusable patterns that demonstrate tangible productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, GenAI workflows, automations or AI-enabled productivity solutions in a business context.
• AI-native way of working: comfortable using agents, copilots and automation as part of daily work, not as a side activity.
• Proven ability to simplify complex work and design lean, scalable ways of working across distributed teams.
• Strong business orientation and ability to translate AI use cases into measurable productivity and execution impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape how AI agents and workflows are used by the Intelligent Industry core team by default.
• Prototype, test and ship practical agents for recurring use cases and scale successful implementations.
• Minimize manual coordination by creating agentified workflows for a small core team.
• Mobilize the right mix of experts for specific use cases and release them when the solution is built.
• Connect knowledge sources and assets to enable faster information access and reuse.
• Drive adoption by showing value in daily work and providing simple, repeatable patterns.
