Job summary

GloPros, headquartered in Amsterdam, is building an AI-first inbound marketing design setup. This internship focuses on daily design production and experimenting with AI-driven workflows to make design faster and smarter.

You will collaborate with the Content Manager and Marketing Manager, learning how a growth team operates from the inside while delivering real portfolio material during the internship.

Qualifications

• Studying graphic design at HBO level.
• Portfolio showing real work.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and the Adobe suite.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Available 32-40 hours per week for 4-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily design work: ad variants, social content, landing page assets, and presentation slides within our design system.
• Experiment with AI tools: test new AI design tools and share what works for repeatable workflows.
• Support the content team with quick-turnaround design requests.
• Keep everything on brand by applying the brand book consistently.
• Join campaign brainstorms and bring fresh design/AI ideas.
