Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a Head of Design to turn our end-to-end web design into a fast, AI-native operation. You will own the visual and functional execution while partnering with the CRO team on experiments and conversion strategies.

The role offers global remote work with potential Dubai office options and relocation support. 7+ years in ecommerce design and GenAI integration are required, with 4+ years leading a design team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web design for e-commerce
• 4+ years leading, mentoring and managing a design team
• Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a professional design pipeline

Responsibilities

• Own the design function and the design toolchain across Home, PLP, PDP, Cart/Checkout and editorial pages
• Lead a hands-on design team of three while driving AI adoption and governance
• Collaborate with CRO to align experimentation and conversion roadmap
