Job summary

Agyle BV ищет специалиста по искусственному интеллекту, который сделает так, чтобы ваши решения реально работали у клиента. Вы будете внедрять ИИ на Claude Code, строить агенты и организовывать данные клиента, доводя всё до живого продукта за считанные недели.

Требуется магистр в количественной области, опыт работы с ИИ, умение общаться на голландском и английском, проактивность и готовность учиться. Работа в Амстердаме, 40 ч/нед, маленькая команда, свобода подхода и развитие через проекты.

Qualifications

• Завершённое высшее образование, желательно магистр.
• Качественная подготовка в количественной области: экономика, математика, физика, информатика или дата-сайенс.
• Уже есть опыт работы с ИИ и примеры проектов.
• Стремление учиться, инициативность и умение предлагать решения.
• Умение работать с клиентами, безупречное владение голландским и английским.

Responsibilities

• Исследовать процессы клиента и определить, где ИИ приносит пользу.
• Разрабатывать решения на Claude Code от идеи до работающего прототипа.
• Настраивать агентов, которые выполняют задачи автоматически.
• Анализировать и использовать данные клиента для улучшений.
• Проводить тестирование и доводку результатов до нужного качества.
• Делиться результатами с клиентом простым языком и демонстрировать эффект.

Описание: Build AI that is actually used. At Agyle, you put a solution live at a client within a few weeks, from the first conversation to delivery. What matters: you think clearly, take things on yourself, and already know what AI can do when you really work with it. You are driven, eager to learn, and want to deepen your knowledge of the world of AI. €35,000 to €55,000 gross per year, 40 hours, from Amsterdam.

• At the client, investigate the process and see where AI can make a difference
• Build AI solutions in Claude Code, from the first draft to something that runs
• Set up agents that take over work independently, such as reading documents and writing reports
• Organize and analyze client data, and put it to work
• Test and adjust until the result is right
• Put it live, measure the results, and keep improving
• Present your results to the client in plain language

Требования

• A completed university degree, preferably a master's
• A quantitative field, such as econometrics, mathematics, physics, computer science, artificial intelligence, or data science
• You already work seriously with AI: you have built something with it or changed a process using it, and you can show what
• You are eager to learn and interested
• You take things on before anyone asks and come up with proposals yourself
• You switch easily: a client conversation today, building tomorrow, presenting the day after
• You feel at home with clients and explain what you do without jargon
• Fluent Dutch, good English
