Job summary

ADC Consulting's Technology & Innovation team seeks a Senior Consultant who loves building and solving hands-on technical problems with data and AI at scale. You will design and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on leading Cloud platforms, and write production-ready Python code.

You will collaborate with decision-makers to align AI solutions with strategic goals, applying GenAI, RAG-based systems, embeddings, and tool calling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI-related experience, preferably in consulting or project-based work.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (AI, econometrics, math, CS, engineering, etc.).
• Strong understanding of GenAI landscape and when to apply it.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders such as business managers; product owners.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

You'll design and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines on leading Cloud platforms, write production-ready Python code, and build robust model monitoring frameworks.

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest in ML Ops, GenAI, and Cloud technologies

• 5+ years of relevant experience with AI applications and platforms, ideally gained in consulting or project-based work
• A Master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as AI, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• A strong grasp of the modern GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector search, tool/function calling, agentic patterns, and protocols like MCP) and the judgment to know when to apply each
• Comfortable understanding the strategy & business context behind the technical problems you solve
• The ability to communicate with anyone in the room, explaining complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences such as business managers, product owners, and commercial leads
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset: you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change
• Drive and structure: you can bring in new opportunities and push them forward with clarity and ownership
• A collaborative spirit: You believe the best solutions come from diverse perspectives and supporting each other to raise the bar
• Fluency in English
