Job summary

HCL Technologies B.V. Netherland is seeking an AI Engineer with deep experience in Financial Markets to design and deliver enterprise‑grade AI solutions in wholesale banking environments.

The role requires hands-on work with Google ADK, GCP, Vertex AI and Gemini, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable AI architectures and roadmaps while guiding cross‑functional teams to production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions in financial services.
• Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable AI architectures and delivery roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of Financial Markets products and processes including FX, fixed income, equities, and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Guide engineering teams across solution design, development, integration, testing, deployment and production-support phases.
• Develop agentic AI solutions, Generative AI applications, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation implementations.
• Identify opportunities for applying AI and automation across wholesale banking front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise banking platforms, APIs, data platforms and orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business teams, risk/compliance, and technology groups to ensure compliant delivery.
