Job summary

IQ Staffing is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in Amsterdam to join a leading financial institution. In this role, you will build production-grade AI applications and integrate AI services across the business using modern software engineering practices.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong AI/ML background, hands-on experience with LLMs, and expertise in AWS, particularly AWS Bedrock. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Strong AI/ML background with hands-on experience building AI solutions.
• Experience setting up and delivering AI use cases for business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs through APIs or SDKs.
• Experience with agent-based systems, memory, orchestration, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent workflows, including context engineering.
• Build retrieval and memory systems, including vector search.
• Develop evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
• Integrate AI services on AWS, particularly AWS Bedrock.
