Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an AI Engineer with Cloud expertise to accelerate the adoption of Coding Assistants and agentic engineering across the enterprise. You will drive value through proofs of concept, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

You will lead technical efforts in AWS/Azure, Terraform, and GitHub Copilot usage, while collaborating with security teams and engineering communities. The role emphasizes product-minded delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Design and deploy serverless solutions on AWS or Azure with Terraform.
• AI in SDLC usage: design and build custom agents and reusable skills.
• Coding Agents knowledge and active use of GitHub Copilot and other coding assistants.
• Fundamentals of software engineering, polyglot coding with Python.
• Production experience: deploy, operate, scale systems on cloud.
• Cloud, DevOps & IaC with practical experience.
• Systems design: APIs, event-driven architectures, integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and product-oriented delivery.
• GitHub Enterprise administration (basic knowledge)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• AI governance, security, privacy, prompt injection, data protection.
• Product-minded: focus on value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical leader on Coding Assistants and guide teams on token-efficient usage of agents.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and automation to track usage and KPIs on AWS, Azure DevOps, Python.
• Support integration of Coding Assistants across IDEs and languages with PoCs.
• Coordinate security reviews and assist with enabling new features with Security teams.

You combine technology and user needs to make AI-assisted software development valuable in practice.
