Job summary

Norday, based in Rotterdam with hybrid working, seeks a designer to transform care and welfare organisations through strategic and hands-on service design. You will lead co-creation with clients and stakeholders across Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Noord-Brabant, and Limburg, shaping concepts and digital services from research to implementation.

You’ll be curious about AI, work with a fixed multidisciplinary team, and support decision-making while enhancing care outcomes for people and professionals.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in design thinking, digital service design, and facilitating workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on concept development and prototyping.
• Curiosity about AI and experimenting with it in your own work as a new way of conducting research and designing solutions.
• Clear, persuasive communication to bring teams and clients along in decisions and direction.
• Creative and analytical, translating opportunities into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate joint vision and strategy sessions incorporating trends, policy frameworks, and future scenarios.
• Organise and guide co-creation sessions with clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Analyse services and design improved or new service concepts, including digital services from research through to implementation plan.
• Translate insights into customer journeys and service blueprints and manage stakeholders.
• Integrate AI into working practice to accelerate insights and test ideas early.
