Job summary

Exact is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and continuously improve learning experiences that help colleagues and partners understand and work effectively with Exact software. Our products evolve rapidly, so you'll focus on creating learning solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and effective.

You'll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into practical solutions that drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of, and experience applying, the latest L&D developments.
• Strong collaborative and communicative skills.
• Ability to use learner feedback, data, and performance metrics to evaluate and improve learning solutions with a focus on impact and business outcomes.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to experiment with AI and new learning tools.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities, products, and learning needs evolve continuously.
• Fluent written and spoken English and sufficient Dutch reading comprehension to work with Dutch-language product- and business-information.
• At least 3-5 years of experience designing learning resources or learning experiences.
