Job summary

Exact Software in Delft is seeking an Instructional Designer to design and continuously improve product learning experiences for colleagues and partners. You will translate learning needs into scalable solutions and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive business performance.

You will work with a team of learning specialists to deliver product knowledge across departments, experiment with AI-enabled tools, measure impact, and ensure content stays current with fast-moving software.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with latest L&D developments and practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Ability to use learner feedback, data, and performance metrics to drive impact.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging learning tools.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and Dutch reading proficiency.
• 3–5 years of experience designing learning resources or experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve product learning experiences for colleagues and partners.
• Identify learner needs through research and performance analysis.
• Create scalable and maintainable learning solutions aligned to software products.
