Job summary

Mondrio, a fast-growing pricing startup with hubs in San Francisco and Amsterdam, seeks a Pricing Strategy Manager to own customer engagements end-to-end.

You will design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic, and stay involved post go-live to optimize pricing as customers scale.

Fluent English, 4-7+ years in pricing or revenue roles, and hands-on GenAI tools experience are required; you will collaborate with product and engineering to sharpen the AI pricing engine.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management.
• Deep pricing and value-creation expertise: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and willingness-to-pay.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to C-level and cross-functional teams.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Hands-on use of GenAI/LLM tools in your work today.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others.
• Comfort with data analysis using spreadsheets and SQL.
• Work authorization to work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Own pricing engagements end-to-end from discovery to a live pricing and proposition model.
• Design the segmentation, packaging, price metrics, and monetization logic that fit each customer's business.
• Stay on after go-live to drive continuous pricing optimization as the customer grows.
• Be the trusted pricing advisor for stakeholders from operators to executives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to sharpen the pricing engine.
• Lead the initial 90 days with multiple engagements and onboarding teams.
