Job summary

CM.com is seeking a Technical Support Representative for the Payments unit. You will be the first line of contact for payment-related questions, analyze issues, and help customers integrate and troubleshoot the Payments Platform both online and at client sites.

You will collaborate with across IPP and Professional Services, handle IPP terminals, and assist with onboarding efforts. A strong IT background and Dutch fluency are essential, with on-site work in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Technical background with affinity for IT, APIs and troubleshooting logic.
• Fluent in Dutch (hard requirement).
• Completed HBO in IT support or MBO4 with equivalent experience.
• Experience in a support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Payment support questions.
• Analyze problems to uncover underlying issues and resolve them.
• Handle issues like PIN not working, till/integration problems, incomplete transactions, API/pin terminal anomalies.
• Process replacement and repair requests for IPP terminals.
• Assist customers with Online Payments Gateway setup per API documentation.
• Occasionally participate in onboarding and implementations.
• Collaborate with IPP and Professional Services stakeholders.
• Leverage AI (Claude) to think through and pre-empt escalations.
• Document and standardize recurring questions to speed up support.
