Job summary

IFF is seeking a Digital Marketing Transformation Intern to support AI-powered marketing initiatives across global teams. You will help deploy AI capabilities, streamline workflows, and create training materials while gaining hands-on experience at a leading fragrance and sensory company.

Ideal candidates have a HBO/ bachelor’s in Business, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and interest in Generative AI.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business Management, Digital Marketing, Innovation Management, Data Analytics, AI or related field (Minimum: HBO/ Bachelors)
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Support AI & Digital Marketing Transformation Initiatives across marketing teams.
• Help deploy AI-powered marketing capabilities and streamline workflows.
• Create training materials, user guides and enablement content.
• Assist in knowledge management and insights accessibility across digital platforms.
• Analyze platform usage and translate data into actionable recommendations.
