Job summary

Logisnext Europe is seeking an IT Service Intelligence Analyst based in Enschede to support a transition toward AI-driven IT services. You will analyze recurring issues, build knowledge bases, and help introduce automation while continuing to assist end-users.

You will collaborate with Digital Engineering and IT teams, apply ITSM best practices, and work in a multilingual, international environment. Dutch and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in IT Service Desk or IT Helpdesk.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and ITIL v4 principles.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support during transition to AI-enabled service delivery.
• Analyse incidents to identify root causes and trends.
• Create reusable, AI-ready documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with IT teams to eliminate recurring issues and improve ITSM practices.
• Support the adoption of ITIL-based processes and automation initiatives.
