Job summary

Avanade seeks an experienced ERP Advisory Manager to shape and lead ERP transformation journeys for senior business and technology leaders. You will guide strategy, operating models, governance, and value realization, while modernizing finance and supply chain capabilities.

Responsibilities include presales, solution shaping, and growing the ERP Advisory capability through coaching and knowledge sharing, combining leadership and commercial impact in a visible role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP advisory or related consulting experience.
• Proven leader of complex business transformations and ERP programs.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, Dynamics AX, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience across full ERP transformation lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes.
• Able to engage executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and business-case development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ERP transformations from strategy to value realization.
• Provide governance and stakeholder management across large programs.
• Drive presales, solution shaping, and client presentations.
• Develop ERP transformation roadmaps, business cases, and operating models.
• Coach and grow consultants to expand ERP advisory capabilities.
• Partner with sales, technology leaders, and industry experts on integrated solutions.
