Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking an entrepreneurial AI & Data Engineering leader to accelerate AI-native engineering across the Technology Business Unit. You will drive strategy, roadmaps and reusable AI-enabled patterns, transforming requirements through design, configuration, development and deployment.

Ideally you will guide governance, data products and cross-functional teams while delivering measurable improvements in time-to-market and engineering throughput within a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI initiatives and transformations in engineering or product development.
• Strong understanding of AI, data, automation and engineering workflows.
• Ability to translate technical opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI and data strategy for the Technology Business Unit.
• Redesign engineering workflows around AI-enabled capabilities to shorten lead times.
• Lead multidisciplinary fusion teams and establish reusable AI patterns.
• Build data products, governance, and capabilities across engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise AI standards and governance.
