Job summary

BriqSafe, Amsterdam-based, is seeking a DevOps/Platform engineer to keep production healthy and ship changes using Terraform and Helmfile, while advancing AI-assisted operations.

You will manage Google Cloud, Cloudflare and GitLab in Terraform, own CI/CD templates, and lead monitoring, on-call and audit readiness for SOC 2 / ISO 27001. This role emphasizes ownership and scalable, well-documented infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering, incl. 2+ years running production Kubernetes.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI coding agents like Claude Code.
• Strong Terraform, Helm, and Google Cloud experience.
• CI/CD pipelines and runners you built and maintained.
• Production backups/restores, alerts, least privilege, and post-mortems.
• Solid Linux, networking and scripting in Bash, Python or Go, and clear written English.

Responsibilities

• Run Kubernetes on Google Cloud (GKE) with Helmfile releases and cost control.
• Use AI agents daily to investigate incidents and automate operations.
• Manage Google Cloud, Cloudflare and GitLab in Terraform; no manual changes.
• Own CI/CD: templates, image builds, runners, environments.
• Lead monitoring, on-call, post-mortems and SOC 2, ISO 27001 readiness.
