Job summary

Whatsnext Ai is seeking a hybrid-role professional in Rotterdam to lead AI trainings and advisory work for mid-market clients. You will split your time between delivering trainings and conducting AI scans, then converting findings into actionable projects for our build team.

Role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, strong consultancy background, and fluency in Dutch and English. The position offers a full-time schedule, a hybrid setup in Rotterdam or Lelystad, and 8% holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a trainer or teacher; you like standing in front of a group.
• Hands-on with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, prompting, and automations with n8n or Make.
• A background in consultancy or advisory projects at mid-market companies.
• Good spoken and written Dutch and English.

We build AI agents and automations for mid-market companies and train their teams to work with AI. Half of your time you give our AI trainings to client teams. The other half you run AI scans and advisory projects, and you translate what you find into projects for our build team.

Salary €3,500 – €5,000 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance
