Job summary
Royal IHC in Kinderdijk is looking for an intern in Communication & Change Management to support the adoption of AI, data, and automation across the organization. You will take ownership of communication activities for the AIDA Program, translating complex topics into engaging stories.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Affinity with AI and other digital technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the communication plan for the AIDA Program.
- Support change management activities for AI initiatives.
- Measure adoption and engagement, gathering feedback.
- Build and maintain a community of AIDA ambassadors.
- Bring fresh ideas on how to position AI.
