Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO or University education (3rd or 4th year) in Communication, AI, Business IT, or related fields.
• Affinity with AI and other digital technologies.
• Structured way of working with strong coordination and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Creativity and storytelling capability in written and verbal formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the communication plan for the AIDA Program.
• Support change-management activities for AI initiatives.
• Measure adoption and engagement, gather feedback and improvements.
• Build and maintain a community of AIDA ambassadors.
• Provide fresh ideas on positioning AI in a traditional industry.
