Job summary

Effectory B.V. is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to manage, secure and improve the IT landscape. You’ll focus on automation, AI-driven improvements, and process optimization across Microsoft 365, Azure, networks, and cloud environments.

You will automate recurring tasks with PowerShell/Power Automate, maintain documentation, and advise on new tech. A proactive, independent yet collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN.
• Experience working with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools.
• Analytical and strong in problem solving.
• Structured and detail‑oriented working style.
• Ownership and proactive problem approach.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and the IT infrastructure.

• Ensuring availability, security, and business continuity.
• Designing and implementing automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.
• Researching and implementing AI solutions that make internal processes more efficient.

• Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases so that end users can help themselves.
• Advising on new technologies and innovations.
