Job summary

Rapid Circle is building an intelligent operations platform that combines cloud engineering, AI agents, automation and platform thinking. You will help shape Cloud & AI Operations and deliver reusable capabilities across our customer base.

You’ll work with architects, engineers, service teams and operators to turn ideas into working solutions and to advance the future of Managed Services at Rapid Circle.

Qualifications

• Experience building cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong development skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, networking and security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform or Bicep.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
• Understanding of identity and access management, preferably Microsoft Entra ID.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering and modern development approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud-native services and applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Create AI-powered workflows and agent-based automation.
• Design orchestration and routing between systems, agents and services.
• Build reusable platform capabilities and engineering frameworks.
• Develop integrations with monitoring platforms, ITSM solutions and SaaS applications.
• Improve observability across workflows, agents and operational systems.
• Create feedback loops and evaluation frameworks for AI-driven services.
• Support secure and responsible operation of agentic systems.
