As an Agentic AI Engineer, you’ll combine software engineering, platform engineering and Generative AI to create production-grade systems used at scale. This role emphasizes hands-on agentic AI, cloud platforms, and modern tooling, with a hybrid work setup in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Software engineering or ML.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI and production-grade systems.
• Proficiency with Python and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI agents/GenAI systems that automate and accelerate software delivery.
• Design reusable agent architectures that scale across the organization.
• Integrate LLMs into existing engineering workflows and define best practices.
• Turn fast experiments into production-grade capabilities.
• Work across the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, production ops.
• Collaborate in a hybrid environment with cloud and IaC (Terraform/Bicep).

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you'll combine software engineering, platform engineering and Generative AI to build the next generation of developer tooling. Not prototypes. Not demos. Production-grade AI systems used by engineering teams at scale.

If you've worked with cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, DevOps or platform engineering and want to be at the forefront of Agentic AI, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build and deploy AI agents/GenAI systems that automate and accelerate software delivery


• Design reusable agent architectures that scale across the organization


• Integrate LLMs and agentic frameworks into existing engineering workflows


• Define best practices for agent design, testing and observability


• Turn fast experiments into production-grade capabilities


• 3-6 years of experience in Software engineering or ML (Python, cloud, APIs)


• Hands-on experience with agentic AI is a must


• End-to-end software engineering experience across the full lifecycle (architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production operations)


• Strong hands-on expertise with cloud platforms & Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)


• Comfort with LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)


• Polyglot mindset you pick the right tool for the job
