You work with a small team—a business consultant, an architect and you as an agentic engineer—on the client’s question to define direction and deliver working software that matters.

AI is a natural part of your daily work. You accelerate development, safeguard quality and review AI-generated code for metrics such as maintainability, performance and security.

Qualificações

• Solid experience with software development and complex systems.
• Ability to think in terms of systems and architecture, not just lines of code.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and agentic workflows or multi-agent systems is a plus.
• Residence in the Netherlands and ability to speak Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build smart solutions for real client challenges with your team.
• Ensure decisions are aligned with client needs and deliver real value.
• Leverage AI to accelerate development while maintaining quality and security; review AI-generated code.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of code agents, tooling and engineering standards and foster collaboration.
