What you’ll do

• You are a team player who collaborates closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects. You actively learn from others, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and high‑performing team environment.
• You translate business requirements into scalable Agentforce Commerce solutions. You contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment between customer journeys, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• You play an active role in the implementation of Agentforce Commerce solutions, including configuration, integrations, and testing. You ensure high‑quality delivery across all project phases.
• You help design and optimize digital customer journeys across channels. You understand key e‑commerce concepts such as product catalogs, pricing, promotions, checkout flows, and order management.
• You are familiar with delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps.
• You build your expertise across Agentforce Commerce capabilities and digital commerce solutions. You actively develop your skills through learning and experience, while staying up to date with new products and technologies.
