Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Salesforce Commerce Consultant to help organizations create seamless, scalable digital commerce experiences using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will translate business needs into impactful e-commerce solutions, working at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to design, implement, and optimize Agentforce Commerce solutions, leveraging knowledge of multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or digital commerce implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce Commerce (B2B).
• Able to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce concepts: merchandising, promotions, checkout, integrations.
• Experience with multi-site (store) setups within Salesforce Commerce Cloud; localization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on delivering business value.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Agentforce Commerce solutions.
• Contribute to solution design aligning customer journeys with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Participate in configuration, integrations, and testing during delivery.
• Design and optimize digital customer journeys across channels and checkouts.
• Work with Agile/Scrum/SAFe/DevOps delivery methodologies.
• Build expertise across Agentforce Commerce capabilities and Salesforce products.
